3. Services Capital Connective provides digital advertising, content creation, web design, and sales training services. Specific deliverables and timelines will be defined in the individual agreements or proposals provided to you upon engagement.

4. Payment Terms Payment terms will be outlined explicitly in your individual agreement or invoice. Payments must be made promptly as agreed upon. Late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought up to date.

5. Intellectual Property Capital Connective retains ownership of all intellectual property created by the Company unless explicitly transferred in writing to the Client upon completion of the project and full payment.

6. Confidentiality Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during our engagement.

7. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide timely responses, necessary access, and accurate information required for the execution of services. Delays due to client inaction or misinformation will not hold Capital Connective accountable.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability Capital Connective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Connective, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall initially be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Ontario, Canada.

13. Amendments Capital Connective reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or prominently posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

14. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions, along with individual service agreements, represent the complete understanding between Capital Connective and you regarding our services.
